After spending many years of my life struggling against the flow, running away from life, burying my head in the sand and fighting against everything and everyone, eventually I was given no other choice other than to surrender. By letting go of what wasn't working for me anymore, I deepened in my sense of self and began to get to know the real me behind the facade. Through this process I discovered a part of me that I hadn't accessed before, the part that was peaceful, open and willing to surrender even more.
