Whether you are in pain or are suffering from a physical, mental or emotional issue, I work with what is causing the discomfort as opposed to the symptoms.  The work is not about putting a bandaid on the problem, it is about getting to the core of the issue and doing the relevant work to have you become vibrantly healthy.

What is the Acid/Alkaline (80/20) Eating Plan

'Your health depends on the balance of an alkaline environment, created by eating foods such as tomatoes, avocados and green vegetables.  Striking the optimum 80/20 balance and regulating your body's acid/alkaline chemistry through simple changes in diet can result in weight loss, increased stamina and strength, a stronger immune system and a greater sense of wellbeing.'

For many years I have been following the 80/20 rule and have not suffered with a cough, cold or any other illness in nearly 8 years.  I am full of energy, vitality and vibrant health and wellbeing.  My son is also on the 80/20 and at the age of 6 he has had no more than a runny nose.  By keeping our bodies highly alkalised, we are able to maintain optimal health. 

Although I trained through Anthony Robbins and the Life Mastery seminar series, I now utilise the resources of Energise for Life and have found this particular website full of information when it comes to understanding the acid/alkaline way of life.
